What payment options are available?
Currently, we support Credit Card and PayPal payments. You can either make your payment via PayPal or using a Credit card.
When will you ship my items?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
How many days would it take for the product to reach me?
If the items are shipped domestically, i.e, from our warehouse in United States, then depending on your location, it usually takes anywhere between 3 to 7 business days for the product to reach you. If the product is shipped from our international warehouses, it could take anywhere from 15 to 30 days for the items to reach you. You would be informed about shipping on the respective product page. Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There’s a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder.
I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one ?
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
Do you provide international shipping?
At the moment, we are shipping to the following countries.
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
We planning on shipping to more countries soon.
Do you offer expedited shipping services?
Expedited shipping is in the works and not available at this time.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. You will get email updates with a shipment’s tracking information when your product has shipped ff the product is eligible for tracking
The tracking number you provided doesn’t work! Is this a scam?
If you have just completed the order, please allow a few days for it to ship and update the tracking site. Usually, it takes 3 to 4 days after items are shipped before tracking information will update properly in the system. If there are invalid details on the site after this period, please check back again in a couple of days.
How do I return something?
